Troo Mediterranean Spritz
We infuse premium London dry gin with citrus fruits, thyme, basil and rosemary. We then add Saint Germaint elderflower liqueur and lillet blanc.
Fill a gin balloon mixer glass with ice.
Pour 50ml of Troo Mediterranean Spritz over the ice, top up with Fentimans Indian tonic (125ml – 150ml) and stir approximately 10 times.
Kaffir lime leaves and dehydrated lemon.
Either as a reward at the end of a long day, or just whilst having a chat with some friends/family.
