Troo Ruby Aperitivo

Our house blend of vermouths and aperitifs.

Prepare

Fill a gin balloon mixer glass with ice.

Pour

Pour 50ml of Troo Ruby Aperitivo over the ice, top up with tonic (125ml – 150ml) and stir approximately 10 times.

Garnish

Dehydrated orange.

Enjoy
