The Negroni is a popular Italian cocktail, it is certainly an acquired taste but those who love it really love it!  It is a mixture of Gin, Vermouth and Campari and therefore needs to be respectfully consumed. 28% alc./vol.

 

Prepare and Pour

Fill a rocks glass with ice, pour in 75ml of your Troo Negroni (100ml for a large) and stir with a cocktail mixer spoon for 20 seconds.

Garnish

Half submerge a Troo orange wheel vertically within the cocktail, or alternatively make a fresh orange peel garnish if you are feeling extravagant, or simply add a fresh slice of orange if feeling less so.

As an aperitif…or any other time!

The cocktail is stirred and not shaken, so don’t go getting that wrong.
