A slightly sweet/bitter bourbon based cocktail.  We take premium bourbon and lightly sweeten with our dark sugar syrup which has been aromatised with Troo bitters.  29% alc./vol.

 

Prepare and Pour

Fill a rocks glass with ice, pour in 75ml of your Troo Old Fashioned (100ml for a large) and stir with a cocktail mixer spoon for 20 seconds.

 

Garnish

Half submerge a Troo orange wheel vertically within the cocktail, or alternatively make a fresh orange peel garnish if you are feeling extravagant.

 

Enjoy

Our Troo Old Fashioned can complement a well-prepared cheese board or can be enjoyed equally on its own as a drink…personally I like to have it decanted and share it in front of the fire with loved ones!
